What are the rates of your services?
Because each piece of furniture is different prices vary. Click on the Estimate button to fill out our questionnaire and submit pictures is the best way to get an approximate price.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
We warrant our labor for two years and each fabric company has their own warranty. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ON CUSTOMERS OWN FABRIC.(COM)
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, I am licensed with The State of California BHGS and insured.
What are your terms and conditions?
All estimates are good for 30 days.
Once and estimate is accepted a 100% on all materials and 50% on labor deposit is required before anything is ordered. When materials are ordered, you will be places on our work schedule. A date and time will be scheduled for pickup and delivery.
Once fabric is ordered there is no refund on materials. If a cancelation of work is needed before work has started you will refunded the labor deposit, and given the fabric & supplies obtained for your project.
