Do you provide free estimates?

We begin with a brief introductory phone call to discuss your project and determine if we are a good fit. Design consultations are offered by appointment and allow for detailed planning, measurements, and material selection. 

What types of projects do you accept?

Sandhill Custom Designs specializes in custom window treatments and soft furnishings. Select upholstery and slipcover projects are accepted on a limited basis, depending on scope and scheduling.

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes. We collaborate with interior designers on custom fabrication and window treatment projects.

Do you offer rush services?

All work is made to order and scheduled intentionally. Rush services are not offered, as this allows us to maintain the quality and craftsmanship of each project.

Where are you located?

Sandhill Custom Designs serves Lodi and the surrounding San Joaquin Valley areas by appointment.

Terms & Deposits

-Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
-Once an estimate is accepted, a deposit of 100% of materials and 50% of labor is required before materials are ordered or production is scheduled.
-Projects are placed on the production schedule after materials are ordered and deposits are received. Pickup, delivery, or installation dates will be scheduled at that time.
-All materials, including fabric, trims, and hardware, are non-refundable once ordered. If a project is cancelled before fabrication has begun, the labor deposit will be refunded. Materials and supplies purchased for your project will be provided to you.
-Customer’s Own Material (COM) is accepted on a limited basis and is subject to an additional handling and fabrication charge. Sandhill Custom Designs is not responsible for defects, shortages, or performance issues related to customer-supplied materials.
