1. Contact

It all starts with a conversation! The first step is to fill out our Project Contact form to set up a Call with me. We will chat for 15-20 minutes over the phone about your project & design goals, and I will explain how I work. Once we realize we are the right fit, I will email you a Design Questionnaire, and we are ready to schedule our Design Consultation!.

2.Design

With our Discovery Call recommendations, you’re ready to select your design products. Our highly recommended window treatment consultation offers an in-person look at your home to assess your project needs. We offer an array of product and fabric samples and assess the best light filtering options for your windows. Our design expertise will take you through each step, including: contract, measurements, control options, timelines and installation plans. .

3. Fabrication

Based on your design selections, we order all the custom components for your project, including: fabrics, custom hardware and other materials needed to complete your project.  We attend to every detail of custom fabrication, including trims, linings and motorization. Once your designs are complete, we schedule our next step to completion – delivery & installation.

4. Delivery & Installation

With our most exciting step, we collaborate with you to provide timely delivery and professional installation of your beautiful designs. Adhering to the highest standard of installation protocols, our team manages every step of delivery or installation. We provide pertinent product warranties and complete service for our client’s experience and satisfaction. Typically about 5 days after the install & reveal, we will walk-through the space together to identify and resolve any deficiencies. I will photograph your space, and present you with your Client folder, so you can have for future reference.
