Our Process
1. Initial Contact
Every project begins with a conversation. The first step is to complete our contact form to request a brief phone call. During this 15–20 minute conversation, we discuss your project goals, timeline, and overall vision, and I explain how I work. If we determine that we are a good fit, you will receive a design questionnaire and the next steps for scheduling a design consultation.
2. Design Consultation
Following our initial conversation, we move into the design phase. Window treatment consultations are conducted in person and focus on understanding your space, light needs, and design preferences. During this consultation, we review fabric and product options, discuss light control and functionality, and outline design details such as measurements, control options, timelines, and installation planning. This step ensures that all decisions are thoughtful and well-considered before moving forward..
3. Fabrication
Once your design selections are finalized, all custom components for your project are ordered, including fabrics, hardware, and any specialty materials. Each piece is carefully fabricated with attention to detail, including linings, trims, and specialized construction as needed. Because our work is made to order, fabrication timelines are scheduled intentionally to ensure quality at every stage.
4. Delivery & Installation
The final step is delivery and installation. We coordinate timing and logistics to ensure a smooth and professional installation experience. Each project is completed with care and attention to detail, following best practices for installation and finishing. After installation, a follow-up walkthrough may be scheduled to ensure everything is functioning as intended. Clients are provided with relevant product information and care details for future reference..
